Each player may only open one account on ow77. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all such accounts will be closed and any remaining balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. If any information is found to be false, we reserve the right to close the account immediately. An identity verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required at the time of withdrawal, and you must confirm your identity with a valid national ID card or other accepted proof of identity.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (username / password) secure and must not share them with any third party. All gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account are considered to have been carried out by you personally.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

ow77 accepts deposits in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only, via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks for all methods. Every transaction is protected with SSL encryption to keep players' financial information secure.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. After we review your withdrawal request, it is normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. You must complete identity verification (KYC) on your account before you can withdraw.

3.3 Restrictions

Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ow77 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and can play with a total balance of 60,000 Ks. That 40,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn — totalling 800,000 Ks.

If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,020,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

  • The bonus is intended for the registered account holder, but may vary depending on each player's situation.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
  • If you wish to withdraw after claiming a bonus, you must complete the wagering requirement first.
  • If we detect that a player is creating unrelated scenarios or abusing bonuses without genuine intent (bonus abuse), we reserve the right to close that account.

4.3 VIP Program

The ow77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can receive up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Your VIP tier advances based on your play history and activity.

Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

ow77 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to guarantee fair play. Manipulating game results through software or any other means, as well as cheating, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Game Descriptions

The ow77 platform includes slots, live casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), Shan Koe Mee, 2D/3D, crash games, football betting, and esports betting. Rules may differ between games — please make sure you fully understand how a game works before you play.

5.3 Voided Games

If a game's completion is uncertain due to a technical error, server disconnection, or other interruption, we will refer to our records to make a determination. That decision is final.

Prohibited Activities

  • Collusion — players cooperating to pre-arrange winnings
  • Manipulating gameplay using bots, scripts, or automated tools

  • Requesting chargebacks through false claims (chargeback fraud)

If any such prohibited activity is detected, we reserve the right to immediately close the account and forfeit any remaining balance. Where necessary, we will act in accordance with applicable law.

Account Closure and Service Termination

Upon temporary suspension or closure of service, the player's remaining balance (excluding bonuses — any bonus that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited) will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

Limitation of Liability

ow77 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's gaming outcomes, losses caused by poor network connectivity, or any matters arising from a player's own negligence.

ow77's liability is also limited in the event of service delays or interruptions caused by technical failures or force majeure events (natural disasters, armed conflict, pandemics).
